Development Works University Okara Tender Notice
Description
Development works under the PSDP New Scheme SR#415 titled Development of University of Okara, comprising external development work in the residential area with estimated cost Rs.7,090,870, earnest money Rs.212,730 and completion period of 90 days, and construction of a walking track from Admin Block-I to Domes Building with estimated cost Rs.5,797,600, earnest money Rs.173,930 and completion period of 60 days. Bids are invited from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above for 2026-27. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:30 AM on 26 August 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Earnest money shall be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab, with bid validity of 90 days from opening; manual CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
