District Council Development Works Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for repair and improvement works under District Council Lodhran, including repair and improvement of soling and resoling at Kho Abdul Ghafar Wala Basti Qabolay Wala Tehsil Lodhran with estimated cost of Rs.3.50 million, repair and improvement of Tuff Tile, sullage carrier and sewer at Chah Amb Wala Gailywal Tehsil Lodhran with estimated cost of Rs.1.95 million, and rehabilitation and improvement of Tuff Tile, sullage carrier and RCC culvert at Basti Abdul Jabbar Wali UC Bhutaji with estimated cost of Rs.5.35 million. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and is open to contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted electronically and accompanied by the required bid security in CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab. Contractors must quote rates in figures and words on a percentage or item-rate basis and successful contractors must conduct required quality control tests at their own expense and provide GPS-tagged daily progress photographs.
