Upgradation Of Pakistan Handicraft Shop Tender Notice
Description
Up-gradation of Pakistan Handicraft Shop at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore with an estimated cost of Rs.28,810,205 and completion period of four months. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above in the relevant specialization, valid legal entity registration, valid tax certificates from FBR and PRA or relevant authorities, and an undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming that the firm has not been blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Earnest money of Rs.1,440,510 in the form of CDR in favour of Director (W&D), PSIC Head Office Lahore, is required. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically, with item rates for each individual item. Bids are due by 10:00 AM on 31 August 2026 and technical proposals will open at 11:00 AM the same day. Bid validity is 180 days.
