Punjab Employees Social Security Hospital, Madina Town, Faisalabad invites annual re-tenders through Punjab e-Procurement for procurement of Laboratory Chemicals, Blood Bank items, Small Medical Appliances and Dialysis Disposables for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 29,000,000 for laboratory chemicals, PKR 5,500,080 for blood bank items, PKR 33,000,000 for small medical appliances and PKR 30,000,600 for dialysis disposables. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each procurement category. Eligible firms, manufacturers, sole distributors, individuals and suppliers must be active taxpayers and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with PPRA, PESSI and applicable government regulations. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be uploaded by 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted electronically and bid validity is 180 days.
