Media Studio Miscellaneous Installation Tender Notice

Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites bids from well-reputed registered firms for provision and installation of miscellaneous items for establishment of a Media Studio under Tender No. 2nd/2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 4,005,250 with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal and separately submit hard copies of the technical and financial bids along with bid security to the procuring agency. Bid security shall be submitted through Demand Draft/CDR in favor of the Treasurer or deposited into the specified university account at Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch, Dera Ghazi Khan. Bids must be received by 26 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. The University General Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject all bids under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules.
