Framework agreement procurement for Financial Year 2026-27 comprising Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical or Disposable Items with estimated cost Rs.10,000,000 and bid security Rs.200,000; General Store Items Rs.5,500,000 with bid security Rs.110,000; Laboratory Items Rs.2,500,000 with bid security Rs.50,000; Stationery Items Rs.1,500,000 with bid security Rs.30,000; Printing Items Rs.3,000,000 with bid security Rs.60,000; X-ray Films and Chemicals Rs.1,500,000 with bid security Rs.30,000; Medical Gases Rs.500,000 with bid security Rs.10,000; Dental and Surgical Items Rs.2,000,000 with bid security Rs.40,000; Bio Medical Equipment Rs.1,000,000 with bid security Rs.20,000; and Transportation Services Rs.1,000,000 with bid security Rs.20,000. For Lot 1, participating firms must possess a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License (Pharmacy Form No.9). Procurement shall use Single Stage - Two Envelope Open Competitive Bidding under Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 21 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening, and bidders may participate in one or more packages with separate bids and bid security for each package. Financial bids must specify brand name, quality or pack size and samples must be provided.
