Framework Agreement for Local Purchase of Medicines - Surgical and Disposable Items - General Store Items - Laboratory Items - Stationery Items - Printing Items - X-ray Films and Chemicals - Medical Gases - Dental and Surgical Items - Bio Medical Equipments - Transportation Services. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27, with Lot 01 requiring firms to hold a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License (Pharmacy Form No. 9), while participating firms must be GST and Income Tax registered and technically and financially sound. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) and Punjab PPRA website, and bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Original bid security in the prescribed form, amount and validity must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent before bid opening, through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with applicable Government of Punjab and PPRA instructions.
