Procurement of winter and summer uniforms for boys and girls studying at Government Special Education Centre, Khanewal, comprising Lot 1 winter uniforms including boys shirt, pant with belt, tie, bunyan, socks, shoes and jersey, and girls shalwar, qameez, shameez, shawl, socks, shoes and jersey, with estimated cost Rs.900,000 and earnest money Rs.45,000; and Lot 2 summer uniforms including boys shirt, pant with belt, tie, bunyan, socks and shoes, and girls shalwar, qameez, dupatta, shameez, socks and shoes, with estimated cost Rs.1,200,000 and earnest money Rs.60,000. Grand estimated cost is Rs.2,100,000. Bidders must be registered for sales tax, income tax and Punjab E-Procurement and submit separate technical and financial bids electronically under Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be uploaded by 26 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and technical offers will be opened at 10:30 AM. Financial offers of technically successful bidders will be opened later. Samples selected randomly after supply will undergo laboratory testing at National Textile University Faisalabad at the supplier's expense, and non-conforming supplies must be replaced at the supplier's own expense and risk. Successful bidders must provide a 10% performance guarantee, comply with applicable taxes and submit required registration documents, certified identification and affidavit.
