Description
Procurement through framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27 comprising goods and services for District Council Sahiwal. Goods procurement includes Supply and Fixing of Miscellaneous Items with estimated cost of PKR 8,687,000 and earnest money of PKR 434,350. Services procurement includes Provision of Machinery or Vehicle on Rental Basis with Fuel and Driver or Operator at estimated cost of PKR 11,440,000 and earnest money of PKR 572,000, and Supply and Fixing of Different Items on Rental Basis at estimated cost of PKR 16,084,900 and earnest money of PKR 804,245. The notice also states total procurement of goods through framework contract at PKR 46,937,434 with earnest money of PKR 2,346,872. Bidding shall be conducted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, with item-wise rates quoted through the prescribed price schedule. Bid security shall be submitted digitally, and bids shall be uploaded electronically. Item rates are inclusive of PST/GST only. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee shall apply under prevailing government rules. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category are eligible. Supplied or provided items must meet specifications, quality and standards approved by the Engineer Incharge, and successful bidders must conduct required quality control tests at their own expense.
