Rehabilitation of the Neuro Ortho Block at Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat under ADP No. 249 for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 317.755 million and earnest money/bid security is 5% amounting to PKR 15.888 million. The work is to be completed by 31 March 2027. Bids are invited on item-rate basis against the approved DNIT under Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure pursuant to PPRA Rule 38(1), from contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category, specification and specialized code. The contractor must possess the requisite original PEC licence and relevant specification/code. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR or other financial instruments will not be accepted. Bidders must completely quote rates against every DNIT/BOQ item and complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages, otherwise the financial bid will be declared non-responsive. The successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount within 15 days. E-bids must be submitted by 27 August 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 1:00 PM on the same day.
