Description
Supply of uniforms for Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib under Bid Ref. No. BGNU/Tender/2026-27/01 and Tender No. BGNU/2026-27/01. The procurement is on package/lot-wise basis from eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 1.860 million. Bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement using the Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and specifications are available electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA website and university website. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must provide complete quotations for all items within each respective lot/package and partial quotations within a lot will not be accepted. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must also be uploaded. E-bids must be submitted by 26 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity is 90 days.
