Procurement Of Uniforms And Shoes For Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform items for special students comprising 786 uniforms, including 483 boys uniforms and 303 girls uniforms, and 524 pairs of shoes, including 322 boys pairs and 202 girls pairs, comprising one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student. The procurement shall use the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). Eligible suppliers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The estimated cost is PKR 2,620,000 and bid security is 5 percent amounting to PKR 131,000, to be submitted through the prescribed digital bid security mechanism including 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee. The successful bidder shall provide a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract value and execute a formal contract before issuance of the supply order. Quoted rates shall be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable duties, levies and taxes.
