Framework Contracts For Medicines Medical And General Suppli Tender Notice

Framework contracts for Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical Disposable Items and Medical Devices, Vaccines and Sera - X-Ray Films, Laboratory and Blood Bank Supplies - Printing and Stationery Items - General Store, Dental Items and Medical Gases for the Financial Year 2026-27. For medicines, surgical and disposable items, vaccines and sera, only pharmacies having Drug Sale License on Form 9 may participate, while general order suppliers are specified for the remaining categories. Bidding shall use Open Competitive Bidding through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately and the outer envelope must identify the tender reference. Bids shall be submitted online through e-PADS and accompanied by separate bid security of 2% of estimated cost for each category in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Documents must be page marked and each page signed and stamped by the authorized person. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
