Summer Cloth Supply For Employees And Guards Tender Notice
Description
Supply of summer cloth for B-Technical and C-Class employees and security guards of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore. The procurement comprises 1,384 meters of fine quality sky blue summer cloth with 54-inch width for B-Technical and C-Class employees, specified as 35% cotton and 65% polyester plus or minus 3%, and 190 meters of fine quality jet black summer cloth with 54-inch width for security guards with the same cotton and polyester composition. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,241,600 and bid security is 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 112,080. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014 shall apply, with technical and financial proposals submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and on FOR basis. Performance guarantee is 10% of the contract amount. Samples may be examined by the procurement section against the specified requirements, and bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
