Janitorial Security And Technical Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services, security services and technical staff services for Tower-C at the Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Circuit House, Rawalpindi. The procurement is divided into three lots with contracts awarded separately: Janitorial Services with estimated cost Rs. 30,000,000 and fixed bid security Rs. 1,500,000; Security Services with estimated cost Rs. 30,000,000 and fixed bid security Rs. 1,500,000; and Services of Technical Staff with estimated cost Rs. 40,000,000 and fixed bid security Rs. 2,000,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable must be engaged in the relevant services and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted separately for each lot under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the e-Procurement System. Bid security in the prescribed form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required. E-bids must be submitted electronically and the opening will be conducted online.
