Street Rehabilitation Water Supply Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement of streets in UC-32, UC-33, UC-34 and UC-35, NA-118, Lahore through provision of asphalt, brick tile, tuff tile, PCC, sewerage and water supply works, missing slabs and raising of manholes. The procurement is on item rates basis under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with Technical and Financial Proposals submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered on e-Procurement, possess a valid PEC License in Category C-6 and above with relevant specialized codes, and have active filer NTN and PNTN. Technical proposals are opened first and financial proposals of responsive bidders are opened after technical evaluation. Digital bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. Technical eligibility includes valid PEC, FBR and PRA registrations, required working capital, bank balance and credit line, and completion of at least three similar projects meeting the specified value requirement. Conditional, corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing bids will be rejected and applicable taxes are payable according to government rules.
