Stationery Computer Stationery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of stationery items and computer stationery items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement is conducted lot wise through open competitive bidding. The estimated amount is Rs. 1,300,000 and bid security is Rs. 26,000, equivalent to 2% of estimated cost. Bidders must submit bids for the whole lot and each lot is evaluated independently, with contract award to the single lowest evaluated bidder for the complete lot. Each electronic bid package contains the financial bid inclusive of all taxes. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required in addition to the uploaded PDF copy. A performance guarantee of 5% of total contract value is required upon acceptance.
