Procurement and daily supply of routine food and consumable items including LPG for children residing in Dar-ul-Falah, Kashana and Children Hall institutions established at Social Welfare Complex Muzaffarabad for financial year 2026-27. Sealed quotations are invited from tax-paying firms registered with the relevant Industries and Commerce department and having at least 15 years of experience in supplying to government departments. Item-wise rates must be quoted for all items. Bidding documents may be obtained against payment of Rs. 1,000 within the prescribed period. A call deposit of Rs. 52,000 must accompany the quotation and will be refundable after fulfillment of the required specifications and supply conditions. The participating firm must provide proof of being a taxpayer. The successful firm shall supply items according to approved rates and specifications immediately after issuance of the supply order on a monthly basis and, where required, on a daily needs basis to Social Welfare Complex Muzaffarabad at Jalalabad near Sports Complex. Applicable government taxes and deductions shall be made according to prevailing rules. The supplier must provide an authority letter and an undertaking or certificate, while blacklisted firms are prohibited and every participating firm must submit an affidavit confirming that it is not blacklisted. Quoted rates shall remain effective from July 2026 to June 2027. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to approve or reject any or all quotations under PPRA Rules. Quantities of items may be increased or decreased in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Food quality will not be compromised and supply of incorrect items may result in cancellation of the tender. The bidding process will follow Single Stage - One Envelope procedure. Bids will be received only through courier service; hand-delivered bids and bids received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted. The quotation submission date is 27th August 2026 during office hours, with submission by 12:00 PM and opening at 12:30 PM under the supervision of the procurement committee in the presence of quotation providers.
