Medical Equipment Items Procurement Electronic Bidding Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment items through electronic bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope process through EPADS portal. Bidders registered on EPADS and relevant tax authorities are eligible to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted before the stipulated deadline with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Bids received within the prescribed time will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required and late submissions will be rejected. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening.
