Framework contracts for financial year 2026-27 for purchase and services including - stationery and computer stationery items - printing items - repair and renovation of police buildings - repair of police vehicles and purchase of tyres tubes batteries spare parts filters lubricants and related items - miscellaneous store items including electronic and electrical items sanitary articles cleaning and dietary articles flexes crockery sports items fingerprint items ice and coal rifle oil chindi plant water filter cartridges IT equipment tents tarpaulins barriers and related stores - repair of machinery equipment and office furniture - other stores items - bed and boxes items - plant and machinery items - furniture and fixture items. Estimated costs are 10.8 Million with earnest money Rs.360,000 for stationery and computer stationery, 7 Million with Rs.140,000 for printing items, 20 Million with Rs.400,000 for repair and renovation of police buildings, 30.5 Million with Rs.700,000 for repair of police vehicles and associated tyres tubes batteries spare parts filters and lubricants, 19.6 Million with Rs.392,000 for miscellaneous store items, 3.5 Million with Rs.70,000 for machinery equipment and office furniture repair, 1.4 Million with Rs.28,000 for other stores items, 1.5 Million with Rs.30,000 for bed and boxes items, 9 Million with Rs.180,000 for plant and machinery items, and 2 Million with Rs.40,000 for furniture and fixture items. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to 31.12.2021 using Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be completed signed stamped and submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement System. Bidders must be well reputed financially sound registered firms with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registration and previous experience, with registration certificates and other required documents accompanying the bids. Incomplete unsigned unstamped late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 am.
