Procurement Software Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of software on framework contract basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System comprising Cisco Advance Malware Protection (AMP) Secure Endpoint Premier or equivalent with an estimated amount of Rs.37,604,000 and bid security of Rs.1,128,120, Windows 11 Pro or equivalent with an estimated amount of Rs.1,750,000 and bid security of Rs.52,500, and MS Office 2024 Pro or equivalent with an estimated amount of Rs.8,050,000 and bid security of Rs.241,500, with a total estimated amount of Rs.47,404,000. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in supply of goods or services of the same nature must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and have a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27. Bids may be submitted for a single lot or all lots separately, but every item in a selected lot must be quoted. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot. Bid securities must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Technical and financial bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted online under the single stage two envelope procedure.
