Procurement of summer and winter uniforms for approximately 166 boys and girls for FY 2026-27 at an estimated procurement cost of Rs.2,500,000, including boys' white shirts with department monogram, Malatia grey pants, black belts, black shoes of at least Bata or Service quality, black socks, white vest or bunyan, navy blue tie with golden stripes, navy blue jersey, and girls' navy blue qameez or shirt with department monogram, shalwar, white dupatta, black shoes of at least Bata or Service quality, black socks, white slip or shameez, shawl and maroon jersey. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with PPRA and relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding is under the single stage two envelope mechanism, with technical and financial proposals submitted through e-PADS. Bid security is 3% of estimated procurement cost, amounting to Rs.75,000, in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, with the original submitted before technical bid opening. Samples are mandatory on the technical bid opening day. Successful bidders must take individual student measurements, supply packetized uniforms tagged with student name and class on free-delivery basis, provide replacement of substandard items and comply with applicable taxes and delivery requirements. A 10% performance guarantee is required before issuance of supply order. The procurement remains subject to enrolled student strength and budget availability, and supplied items may undergo assessment or laboratory testing.
