Procurement Of Software Under Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of software on framework contract basis comprising Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) Secure Endpoint Premier or equivalent, Windows 11 Pro or equivalent, and MS Office 2024 Pro or equivalent. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be engaged in supply of goods or services of the same nature, registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable, hold a Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2026-27 and be registered on the e-Procurement System. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 3% for each lot, with estimated amounts of Rs. 37,604,000, Rs. 1,750,000 and Rs. 8,050,000 respectively. Bids will open at 01:30 PM.
