Printing Stationery Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Annual procurement of Printing and Stationery under the stated budget head through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the file uploading method. The estimated cost is Rs.1,000,000 and bid security is stated at 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms, medicine stores, pharmacies and suppliers registered with Punjab e-Procurement are invited to participate. The complete tendering process shall be carried out electronically, with technical bids opened at the specified opening time. Bid security shall be provided through Bank Guarantee, CDR or Pay Order in favour of the Medical Superintendent and a scanned copy shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System, while the scanned hard copy must also be provided before closing hours. The tender may be extended for three months until September 2027.
