Catering Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Catering Lunch and Hi-Tea and Event Management Services for Annual Sports Day 2026-27. The estimated procurement price is Rs.1,450,000. Eligible experienced firms companies food caterers and event management firms must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and have active status with FBR for Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority for Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Complete e-bids shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System, with technical and financial proposals as prescribed. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price shall be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from opening. In case of an official holiday, the next day shall be treated as the closing and opening date.
