Medical Equipment Laboratory Devices Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment comprising Slide Storage Cabinet (Imported), Slide Printer with Scanner, and Bio Sealer Desktop Heavy Duty under a single procurement package. The estimated amount is PKR 10,470,450 and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount. Eligible vendors and firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and participating firms must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with electronic submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System and separate technical and financial evaluation. Delivery terms are C.I.F/DDP-PKLI Lahore and the bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20-08-2026 at 03:00 P.M. at the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower-A. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the bid opening date in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid security shall be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
