Hiring Armed Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of armed security guard services for the safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and building of a government secondary school of special education. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PRA. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 1,350,000 and bid security is 5% amounting to PKR 67,500, to be submitted lot wise in the form of 1LINK/1Bill with the technical bid. Bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The tender form must be complete and free from unsigned overwriting or cutting. The contractor must provide security services throughout the contract period, provide the specified weapons and ammunition to guards, quote the monthly rate per guard inclusive of applicable taxes, and ensure the minimum government-prescribed salary for an eight-hour duty shift. The successful bidder must provide a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the bid or contract price before issuance of the service order. The technical bid opening time is 11:30 AM.
