Procurement Sports Items 2026 27 Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of sports items under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax where required and Income Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated tender amount is Rs.1,448,900 and bid security is 1% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs.14,489, in the form of CDR, DD or PO. Bidders must submit profiles through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure comprising technical and financial bids. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the scheduled opening date. The management reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals before acceptance in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
