Purchase Of Medical And Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of medical and laboratory equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure and bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the prescribed schedule. Bidders must submit fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee at 2% of the estimated price as refundable bid security in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Bid security must also be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM. If the scheduled opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be deemed the submission and opening date while the time and venue remain unchanged.
