Procurement for local purchase of medicines, surgical items, laboratory reagents, laboratory chemicals, X-ray films, liveries including PPE kits and COVID-19 items, medical gas filling, medicines under Sehat Sahulat Program, food items for indoor patients, ORD store items, miscellaneous items, vehicle repair, tyres, engine oil, stationery, printing items, machinery, medical equipment, laboratory equipment, furniture, fixtures, minor hospital building repairs and waste management sewerage services for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms. Refundable call deposits from scheduled banks are mandatory according to each category. Bidders must submit a non-blacklisting affidavit, required registration documents, previous supply completion certificates and possess relevant facilities including a medical store for medicine suppliers. Supplies and services shall be provided subject to budget availability and successful bidders shall maintain approved quality standards.
