Procurement for financial year 2026-27 including local purchase of emergency medicines - surgical disposables and medicines - vaccines and biologicals - dental items - laboratory and blood bank reagents and chemicals - medical gases and allied items - furniture and fixtures - electrical and plumbing items - contingency items - medical instruments and equipment - information technology equipment - X-ray films - stationery items - bedding and clothing items - ECG and ultrasound accessories and items - printing and publication. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. Eligible manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, contractors, authorized dealers and sole agents may participate, subject to registration with e-PADS, FBR and KPRA. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS and a hard copy containing the original Bid Security CDR shall reach the procuring office through Registered Post/GPO by 11:00 AM on 15-09-2026. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security varies by procurement item and includes PKR 1,000,000 for surgical disposables and medicines, PKR 100,000 for local purchase of emergency medicines, PKR 50,000 for vaccines and biologicals, PKR 100,000 for dental items, PKR 200,000 for laboratory and blood bank reagents/chemicals, PKR 100,000 for medical gases and allied items, PKR 50,000 for furniture and fixtures, PKR 500,000 for electrical and plumbing items, PKR 100,000 for contingency items, PKR 500,000 for medical instruments and equipment, PKR 100,000 for IT equipment, PKR 100,000 for X-ray films, PKR 100,000 for stationery, PKR 50,000 for bedding and clothing, PKR 50,000 for ECG and ultrasound accessories and PKR 20,000 for printing and publication. For Serial Nos. 1 to 3, bidders must possess a valid Category-A Drug Sale License. Separate bids are required for each item or service and applicable taxes and duties will be deducted according to government rules. Rates remain valid up to 30-06-2027 or until a subsequent contract is awarded. The procurement covers hospital medicines, pharmaceuticals, surgical consumables, vaccines, biological products, dental supplies, laboratory reagents, blood bank chemicals, medical gases, medical equipment, healthcare instruments, diagnostic accessories, IT equipment, stationery, bedding, clothing and printing supplies.
