Supply Of Medical Equipment And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medical equipment and accessories comprising one item under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids are required and no physical bid is required. All bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must have three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 100,000,000 during the previous three years, turnover of at least PKR 180,000,000 in the three subsequent previous years, presence on the Active Taxpayer List, Sales Tax Certificate and must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are permissible. Bid security of 2% must be submitted through Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favor of the procuring entity. The bidder must submit a manufacturer warranty certificate or undertaking, brochures of quoted items with the technical bid, evidence of an operational office in Balochistan, audited financial statements for the last three financial years and documentary evidence supporting price reasonability. Tender fee is Rs.1,000. Bid opening time is 10:00 AM through the EPPS System.
