Procurement for financial year 2026-27 through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014, covering Local Purchase of Emergency Medicine - Surgical and Disposable Items - Vaccines and Biologicals - Laboratory and Blood Bank Reagents/Chemicals - Medical Cas and Allied Items - Furniture and Fintures - Electric and Plumbing Items - Contigency Items - Medical Instruments and Equipment - Information Technology Equipment - X-Ray Films - Stationery Items - Bidding and Clothing Items - ECG and Ultrasound Accories. Contracts or rates remain valid up to 30 June 2027 or until award of a subsequent contract. Bidding documents may be obtained during working hours or downloaded from the E-PAD Portal. Bids must be prepared on original firm letterhead, signed and stamped on each page, with rates in figures and words; handwritten, overwritten or unauthorized corrections may result in rejection. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS, while the original bid security in the form of CDR must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 31 August 2026 through Registered Post or GPO. Electronic bids will be opened through E-PADS at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Valid proprietary or manufacturer/distributor authorization certificates shall be attached where applicable. Applicable government taxes and duties shall be deducted at source. Bidders must be registered with E-PAD and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid security for each specified item must be uploaded on the EPAD portal and the original CDR submitted in a sealed envelope identifying the relevant items. For Form Serial Nos. 1 to 3, bidders must possess a valid Cat-A Drug License. A separate bid shall be submitted for each item or service. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement and Works and Service Rules 2014. Bid securities are 500,000 for Local Purchase of Emergency Medicine - 100,000 for Surgical and Disposable Items - 40,000 for Vaccines and Biologicals - 100,000 for Laboratory and Blood Bank Reagents/Chemicals - 50,000 for Medical Cas and Allied Items - 25,000 for Electric and Plumbing Items - 25,000 for Contigency Items - 100,000 for Medical Instruments and Equipment - 50,000 for Information Technology Equipment - 50,000 for X-Ray Films - 50,000 for Stationery Items - 25,000 for Bidding and Clothing Items - 25,000 for ECG and Ultrasound Accories.
