Framework Contract for financial year 2026-27 covering electrical items - bedding and clothing - stationery including office supplies and writing materials - printing items - contingent items - repair of machinery, equipment and furniture - IT equipment - disposable and dental items - laboratory and chemicals - general items. Bidding is conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 6(2)(a) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bidders may participate in all categories or selected categories but must quote rates for every item within each selected category. Electronic bids and mandatory documents must be uploaded through EPADS before the deadline, while bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax are not accepted. Bid security is 2% of the total quoted bid price for the respective category and the original CDR in favor of District Health Officer, District Tank must reach the office by hand or courier before the closing deadline. Bids close on 09 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and open at 12:30 PM. The successful supplier must ensure uninterrupted and continuous supply of ordered items without suspension or delay. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
