Framework Contract Laboratory Goods Services Tender Notice

Description

Framework contracts for financial year 2026-27 covering pharmaceutical reference standards - glassware, columns, laboratory consumables and laboratory gases - preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance services for equipment - repair and maintenance services for air conditioners, servers, IT equipment and accessories, and furniture - calibration and PT services - stationery and general items, electric goods, and IT equipment. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in conformity with the bidding documents and only e-bids submitted through eP-Punjab will be accepted. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA and eP-Punjab. Bid validity is 180 days from the respective bid opening date. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the relevant e-bid submission deadline. Detailed terms, conditions, instructions to bidders and technical specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
