Framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 covering purchase of stationery and computer stationery items - printing items - repair and renovation of police buildings - repair of police vehicles and purchase of tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts, filters and lubricants - miscellaneous store items including electronic and electrical items, sanitary and cleaning articles, dietary articles, flexes, crockery, sports items, fingerprint items, ice and coal, rifle oil, chindi, plants, water filters, cartridges, IT equipment, tents and tarpaulins and barriers - repair of machinery and equipment and office furniture - other stores items - beds and boxes - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures. The estimated costs range from Rs.1.4 million to Rs.30.5 million and earnest money is specified at 2 percent for the respective procurement categories. The procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids close on 3 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents required by the bidding documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will not be considered.
