Procurement on framework contract basis covering Hot & Cold Items - Printing Items - Computer Stationery including black and white toners and color printer toners - Repair of Furniture - Repair of Hardware - Repair and Maintenance of Photocopiers and Printers - Repair and Maintenance of UPS, Generators and Power Equipment - Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioners - Repair and Maintenance of Machinery, Appliances and Equipment - Paper, Filing and Binding Supplies - Writing, Marking and General Desk Stationery - Office, Leather, Branded and Presentation Accessories - Paint, Electrical, Hardware and Maintenance Supplies - Cleaning, Sanitation, Housekeeping and Washroom Supplies - Kitchen, Dining and Hospitality Supplies - Gardening, Pest-Control and Outdoor Utility Supplies - Ceremonial, Branded, Office and General Accessories. The total estimated amount is PKR 207,577,386 and bid security is 3 percent of the estimated amount of each respective lot, submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, with a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and registration on the e-Procurement System. Bidders may participate in one or all lots separately but must quote every item in a selected lot, and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot or package. Samples of all items except repair work must be submitted before bid opening. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online according to the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the technical specifications and scope of services in the bidding documents. A 10 percent performance guarantee of the total contract value is required upon acceptance.
