Service Maintenance Icu Ventilators Tender Notice

Service and maintenance contract for ICU ventilators at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi for financial year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from registered firms having established technical, experienced, financial and managerial capabilities and registered with relevant departments, PPRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities with active taxpayer status. Procurement will be conducted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement under Rule 12 of PPRA and the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes must be submitted online in complete conformity with the bidding documents. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated total bid cost is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi; the security must be uploaded in PDF format and the original submitted to the purchase office. Bids must be submitted by 5 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM in the presence of participating firms and representatives.
