Goods Services Framework Contract Punjab Highway Patrol Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of goods and services including hot and cold supplies, POL for generator and lubricant, POL charges and lubricant, stationery, printing, conference and seminar requirements, exhibition and fair requirements, other stores, computer stationery, other items, sports funds, bed and boxes, tent and tarpaul, road safety campaign, entertainment and gifts, computer hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture and fixture repair, hardware and equipment repair and software repair. Procurement is through open competitive electronic bidding on whole basis for separate heads and is valid through 30-06-2027. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 02-09-2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Single stage two envelope procedure applies, prices must include applicable taxes, bid security is 2% of each head, performance guarantee is 5% of contract amount and bids must be submitted separately for each head. Eligible bidders include persons firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized dealers and applicable JVs registered with relevant authorities and tax departments.
