Laboratory Chemicals Environmental Monitoring Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory chemicals for the Establishment of Environmental Monitoring Center with an estimated cost of Rs. 9 million and bid security of Rs. 180,000 representing 2% of the estimate. Sealed electronic technical and financial bids are invited from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, with joint venture and consortium participation not allowed. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security shall be submitted digitally through the e-Procurement System by generating PSID and depositing the amount through prescribed banking channels, with the security attached to the Technical Bid. Single stage two envelope procedure applies and bid validity is 120 days.
