Description
Framework contract for procurement of Mobil Oil and lubricants for the financial year 2026-2027 through electronic bidding. The estimated procurement cost is 35 million and bid security is 700,000. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding under the single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 29-08-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened through the system at 11:00 on the same day at the office of the City Police Officer Faisalabad. A 5% performance guarantee is required from successful bidders.
