Estimated total procurement value is 59.97 million with total earnest money of 1.1994 million at 2 percent separately for each head of account. Bidders must be persons firms companies suppliers manufacturers or authorized dealers engaged in trading, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, and must comply with bidding document requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids evaluated according to the bidding documents.
