Eligible participants include reputed contractors, firms, SECP companies and auto workshops registered through e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS), FBR, SECP and relevant authorities, having NTN/GST, workshops, stocks, manpower and expertise, based in Muzaffarabad AJK or based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with a partner third-party workshop in Muzaffarabad. Bid security is 0.00. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM.
