Description
Provision of event management services for arrangement of trainings - workshops - seminars - conferences - meetings and symposia for the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS) Project during FY 2026-27. Financial competition is among pre-qualified firms under the existing framework arrangement. Rates shall be established for FY 2026-27 and remain firm and fixed throughout the contract period. The procurement is for non-consultancy services through a Single Stage-One Envelope local RFP procedure. Bid security is 40,000.00 and bid validity is 180 days. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM.
