Office Computer Stationery Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement comprising office stationery with an estimated cost of 0.4995 million, computer stationery with an estimated cost of 0.4996 million, general store items with an estimated cost of 0.4991 million, and UPS batteries with an estimated cost of 0.9120 million. Bid security for each package is 2 percent of the estimated cost of each item. Registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders shall submit complete authenticated electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System and original bid security by CDR, pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank before the opening time. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The procuring authority may increase quantities up to 15 percent according to the applicable procurement rules, and applicable Income Tax and GST shall be deducted according to government rules.
