Framework contract procurement for stationery, printing, general store items, repair and maintenance and related requirements for the year 2026-2027, with an estimated cost of Rs.25,000,000 and bid security of 2 percent amounting to Rs.500,000. E-bids shall be submitted item-wise through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual submission without the electronic system will not be accepted. After electronic submission, bidders shall submit the hard copy bidding documents in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure at the office of the District Health Officer (Preventive Services), District Health Authority, Faisalabad. Bids must be uploaded by 1 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated procurement cost shall be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism, and physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of the total contract value electronically. Delivery time for items is 5 days. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cutting, overwritten, doubtful, corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected bids will be rejected.
