Supply Installation Ups System Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of UPS at the CCTV surveillance room of MCM Lahore with an estimated price of Rs.3,600,000. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Registered companies, firms or sole proprietors must have valid Income Tax NTN and PRA Sales Tax registration. Technical and financial bids must be signed and stamped and uploaded electronically. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs.180,000, shall be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using a generated PSID. Technical proposals will be opened on 25 August 2026 at 11:30 AM, while financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently on a date and time to be announced. Financial proposals must include all applicable taxes. Incomplete proposals will not be considered and the bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline. Procurement and issuance of work order remain subject to budget approval.
