Supply Of Fertilizer And Other Services Tender Notice
Description
Supply of fertilizer with an estimated price of Rs.3,000,000 and bid security of 3 percent of estimated cost, cost of store with an estimated price of Rs.1,200,000 and bid security of 3 percent, and payment to others for service rendered with an estimated price of Rs.700,000 and bid security of 3 percent, with a total estimated price of Rs.4,900,000. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no manual bid will be accepted. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax, possess PRA registration, Professional Tax registration and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security of 3 percent shall be submitted digitally through a PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted by 1 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. The successful bidder shall sign a procurement contract and provide the goods within 15 days of the supply order, failing which bid security will be forfeited.
