Biochemistry Laboratory Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of laboratory equipment for the Department of Biochemistry at Government College University Faisalabad with an estimated cost of Rs.4,995,000. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System before 2 September 2026 at 11:00 hours and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of vendors or their representatives. Digital bid security shall be submitted through the BOP online security submission portal in the name of the Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or bids without bid security or submitted through an unspecified mode will not be considered. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, CNIC and other required documents must accompany the bids, and the bidder must not be blacklisted by the organization. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
