Construction Repair Tehsil Culverts Tender Notice
Description
Construction and repair of culverts in Tehsil Pakpattan with an estimated cost of Rs.20,000,000 and bid security of Rs.1,000,000, and construction and repair of culverts in Tehsil Arifwala with an estimated cost of Rs.20,000,000 and bid security of Rs.1,000,000. Eligible contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 wherever applicable and must satisfy the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only by 3 September 2026 at 12:30 PM and opened electronically the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the District Council Pakpattan. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost shall be submitted through Digital Bank Guarantee using PSID and SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan, and physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder shall provide performance security of 5 percent of contract price through SWIFT MT760. Bidders must quote unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand total, while percentage-based bids, blank entries, overwriting and incomplete financial bids will be rejected. Bids remain valid for 120 days from opening. Pro Tip: The works comprise construction and repair of road culverts in Pakpattan and Arifwala, involving civil works, culvert construction, structural repair and development works, with contractor bidding based on item-wise BOQs and unit rates.
